Julisa Khan joined Wichita State University as a Human Resources Business Partner in July 2023. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resource Management, Julisa brings a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a passion for driving organizational success. Currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management at WSU, Julisa is dedicated to expanding her expertise in the field.
Julisa’s HR experience has been in the retail and education industries, within a variety of HR related experiences which has resulted in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work culture. Now, as an HRBP at Wichita State University, Julisa is poised to partner with leaders and employees, finding effective solutions that align with business objectives and is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote employee growth.
