Wichita State Innovation Alliance Board, Inc.

Wichita State Innovation Alliance, Inc. (“WSIA”) is a nonprofit organization that serves as the governing entity for Wichita State University's Innovation Campus and holds and manages all Wichita State University intellectual property.

The WSIA Board consists of members who are nominated by the WSU President and elected by the Board. Members are appointed for one year, until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation or removal.

Upcoming Meetings

Notice is hereby given that the WSIA Board will meet on: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
Members of the board shall attend the meeting remotely by Microsoft Teams.

Members of the public may gain public access to the meeting through access to the remote attendance platform. Access information is available upon request to: general.counsel@wichita.edu.
