Wichita State Innovation Alliance Board, Inc.
Wichita State Innovation Alliance, Inc. (“WSIA”) is a nonprofit organization that
serves as the governing entity for Wichita State University's Innovation Campus and
holds and manages all Wichita State University intellectual property.
The WSIA Board consists of members who are nominated by the WSU President and elected
by the Board. Members are appointed for one year, until their successors have been
duly elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation or removal.
