Body image is a complex thing, influenced by many factors, which develops over our lifetime. Like a plant, that image will grow and can be pruned and changed over time.

It can be difficult to figure out how exactly to be more body positive—to both yourself and others. Here are six ways you can be more body positive in your everyday life.
