General Health and Safety

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) office assists in both the education and auditing of campus laboratories for compliance to federal, state and university safety regulations and guidelines.

In addition to proper laboratory safety practices and general safety training, we provide coordination of safe handling, use, storage and disposal of laboratory wastes and other hazardous substances.
