Reserve a food truck for your on-campus event

When choosing a location, be sure that it's approved for a food truck. View a list of locations below.

Approved locations

The following WSU main campus locations are approved to have a food truck. You will need to reserve these spaces through University Event Services at 316-978-6915.

• Duerksen Amphitheater

• Alumni walk

• John Bardo Center

• Hubbard Hall

Looking to bring a food truck to a different campus location? Please contact University Event Services at least 10 days before you event at 316-978-6915.

Approved trucks

The food truck you choose for your event needs to be approved to serve on campus. View a list of pre-approved trucks below. Once you've chosen your truck, contacted them to confirm their availability and made your reservation please email foodtruckplaza@wichita.edu

If you don't see the truck you want, encourage them to apply to serve on campus.

Alcohol service

All requests for Alcohol Service require separate approval from the Office of General Counsel. If you're not planning on serving alcohol at your event, you can skip this step.
