Take time for self-care:

  • Try a new workout routine at home (especially while your fitness center is closed)
  • Take a morning and afternoon break for a quick walk or stretching
  • Take a lunch break to go outside and enjoy fresh air
  •  Set up some challenges with co-workers, family, friends – running, walking, create a craft, etc.
  •  Explore and complete online professional development opportunities
