2007 Retirees and Service Recognition Awards
Faculty and staff who reach milestone years of service will be recognized in three ceremonies in September. Length of service is recognized in five-year increments. Employees who reach anniversary dates from Sept. 2, 2006 to Sept. 1, 2007 will be recognized.
Individuals with 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of services to the state will be recognized in a ceremony at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 in the Rhatigan Student Center ballroom.
Bender of Twigs, who are individuals with 25 years of service to WSU, will be honored at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the RSC ballroom. The ceremonies on Sept. 5 and 11 are open to the WSU community.
Retirees and individuals with 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service will have an invitation-only recognition dinner and ceremony on Friday, Sept. 7.
Invitations will be mailed to honorees in August. Honorees and guests must confirm attendance by Aug. 31.
