The Vision and Mission of the Privacy Office

Our vision is to enable WSU to navigate an evolving landscape of research, education, and innovation through the fair, ethical, and secure use of personal information—driving prosperity for the people and communities we serve.

Our mission is to help WSU serve as a key educational, cultural, and economic driver by reducing risks and barriers to using personal information through fair, ethical, and secure practices in research, applied learning, and innovation.
