- Support all university-owned computers in offices, labs, and classrooms
- Support approved departmental applications
- Provide quotes and recommendations for new technology hardware/software for faculty and staff.
- Provide various ERP (Banner), MyTraining, Microsoft, Adobe, and the growing number of related applications for faculty and staff.
- Provide instructional guidelines for the numerous university-wide applications.
- Maintain contracts with various software vendors and track campus software licensing.
