Course Messages Tool
The Course Messages tool is one of those tools that can technically be used in both Ultra courses and "old" Blackboard courses, although you may find that your professors teaching Ultra courses may use the tool more often because it is so easy to access inside an Ultra course. The Course Messages tool works like email except in order for you to receive and send messages, you must be logged in to Blackboard. Watch this video to learn more:
