Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial WSU transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress, including transfer courses, credit earned by exam and earned degrees. It does not include the university seal or signature of the registrar. Students can view, print and download their unofficial transcript using the instructions below.

I Know my myWSU ID

  • Log in to the myWSU student portal
  • Click the myClasses tab
  • Locate the Academic Profile section
  • Click the Transcript link
  • Select the Transcript Level and Transcript Type and click Submit

    To print:
    Windows: 
    Right click somewhere on the page and select  Print.  Set the Destination to desired printer and click Print.

    Mac: 
    Click on the option bar in the top left of your screen and select File then Print.  Set the Destination to desired printer.

    To produce a PDF:
    Windows: 
    Right click somewhere on the page and select Save as PDF.  Click Save and navigate to desired location.

    Mac: 
    Click on the option bar in the top left of your screen and select File then Export as PDF.  Set the Destination to desired file location.

I DO NOT Know my myWSU ID

  • Go to System Access to retrieve your myWSU ID
  • Follow process to get ID and set up password
