If you're not sure where to go, OneStop Student Services is a great start. Open 24/7/365, OneStop Student Services answers more than 42,000 phone calls, emails, and chats per year on everything from parking to enrollment. Additionally, OneStop advisors can help first-year students build a semester schedule, set up a degree plan, review financial aid, and understand bills and set up payment plans. OneStop Student Services is committed to Wichita State students' success they navigate the many processes that come with being a college student.

Shocker Learning Center

The Shocker Learning Center provides students with opportunities to succeed, learn, and collaborate. Through the SLC, students have access to supplemental instruction, individual and group tutoring, learning assessments, peer coaching, and study skills workshops.

Tech Help Desk

The Tech Help office is designed to meet the growing tech needs of students. Staff will help students with diagnostics and troubleshooting on personal devices, issues with internet access, software and app training, email issues, learning remotely, as well as support for Blackboard and other university applications.
