Strategic Communications Seminar Vendor Fair

You are cordially invited to mark your calendars to join us on Thursday, January 30, 2026 to meet, greet and showcase your capabilities to university staff during the annual Strategic Communications Seminar on the third floor of the Rhatigan Student Center.

The vendor fair will be located on the third floor outside the Strategic Communication Seminar breakout rooms. The Rhatigan Student Center opens at 7 a.m. Vendor set up is from 7:30 to 8: 30 a.m. in Aster Lounge. The vendor fair will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Aster Lounge. The Strategic Communication Seminar will run simultaneously during the vendor fair from 10 a.m. to noon.

Tables

To accommodate as many vendors as possible, each vendor will have one table and two chairs. Vendor tables will not be preassigned and available on a first come first served basis, but there really are not any bad table locations.

Food Service

There will not be food service during the seminar. However, the food court on the first floor of the RSC, Shocker Grill and Lanes and the Shocker Store---all in the Rhatigan Student Center--provide multiple options.

The Rhatigan Student Center Shocker Store, also on the first floor of the RSC has snacks, drinks and a variety of Shocker gear.

RSC Shocker Grill and Lanes is on the lower level of the Rhatigan Student Center serving fresh salads, pizza, sandwiches and burgers.

Before you leave campus Braeburn Square is also a great location for a late lunch or dinner.
