CliftonStrengths™: Used in our ShockerStrengths Initiative, SASE also can support faculty & Staff. Strengths help you identify your areas of talent and strength as opposed to your weaknesses, claim your potential, and apply your strengths towards success. 

What is ShockerStrengths?

PDP ProScan: Developed by PDPGlobal,  the PDP ProScan is a behavioral assessment used to meature the dynamics of individuality—how we act, react, communicate, lead and manage stress.

The Division of Student Affairs at Wichita State University uses Shocker GROW®, an adaptation of The University of Iowa's GROW® program, as a tool for our student employee evaluation and development. Further celebrating our student employees through our annual awards and recognition event held in the spring semester.
