Eligibility
To determine if you are eligible for the program, please check statements below that apply to you:
- I am pursuing a college degree.
- I am a citizen or legal, permanent resident of the United States.
- Neither of my parents have a four-year degree.
- I have limited income and eligible for Pell Grants and need based scholarships.
- I have a documented disability.
If any of the 3 items above applies to you then you may be eligible for our services.

Instructions for Retrieving Required Documents
If you are under the age of 24, then when you apply, we will need your parent(s) 1040 tax form. If you do not have access to their form, you must fill out the income eligibility form with your parent(s) signature.
If you are at or above the age of 24, then you will need to provide your own 1040 tax form.
If you have trouble accessing your 1040, we also accept a SAR.
If you do not know your dependency status, you can find how to determine it on the Federal Student Aid Dependency Status webpage.

You can request the income eligibility form via email.
When applying for our program, you must send us your most recent transcipt, which can be unofficial.
To access your unofficial transcript, follow the steps below:
- Go to your myWSU portal
- Click on the myClasses tab
- Under the Academic Profile section right below your listed advisor should be a link to your most recent transcript.

Another part of your application that we will need are your VARK Questionnaire results. You can send us a pdf print out of your results or a screenshot. Go to the VARK Questionnaire webpage to take the quiz.
