Prescription Refills
Patients may only request and purchase ONE REFILL of any medication in a 30-day period. This policy change is to meet insurance reimbursement requirements.
Please go to the Student Health portal to request a refill. Or call in or drop off a prescription during the times listed below:
You can refill your prescriptions, ordered by SHS, through the myShockerhealth portal.
Prescription refill policies:
- Refill requests submitted on Fridays or the day before a holiday will be filled up until 12 p.m.
- Prescriptions may be picked up until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- We do not accept prescriptions written by outside providers.
- Prescription refills for ADHD medications require an in-person appointment.

Student Health Services has a limited supply of mostly generic over-the-counter medications. These medications are available to WSU students and faculty at affordable prices.
