Entry Requirements
I. Members: Students, Faculty, Staff and all Members Categories
A valid Shocker Card must be shown at all times when entering the Heskett Center activity
wing. Campus Recreation Services allows members to enter without a Shocker ID twice/semester.
If a member wishes to enter the Heskett Center without a Shocker ID and after their
second entrance violation they are eligible to purchase a one-day Guest Pass for the
appropriate price.
II. HPS, Sport Management, Dance Department Faculty
All faculty and staff must show their IDs each time they come to use Campus Recreation
services outside of their specific class or practice time.
III. Athletic Coaches
All athletic coaches and staff must show a valid ID each time they come to use Campus
Recreation services outside of their specific class or practice time.
IV. Dance Department Guests
All guests must possess, and display upon entry appropriate identification and Campus
Recreation ID card. Campus Recreation reserves the right to request identification
at any time.
Entry Violations
• Shocker Cards are for the exclusive use of the person named on the card. The Shocker
Card will be confiscated and involved parties subject to disciplinary action if presented
by anyone other than the rightful owner.
• Misuse of IDs and/or improper entry is subject to disciplinary action, including
but not limited to immediate removal from the facility and further ban of entry.
o All disciplinary actions and proceedings are handled by the Department of Student
Conduct.
