These efforts to transform the educational experience for all students have yielded the highest historical enrollment in its 128-year history with 17,548 students, a 3.7% increase in fall student headcount and 168, 615 student credit hours. These results are only the beginning as Wichita State continues to respond to the needs of the industry by providing high-quality academic programs that are responsive to student and societal needs while redefining the role of a university to foster statewide economic growth.
