Faculty and Staff RSVP
Day of the Ceremony
Commencement will be implementing a clear bag policy for all graduates, guests, volunteers, faculty and staff.
Faculty & Staff participating in the ceremony are asked to arrive 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time.
All Faculty & Staff will check in at the Champion's Club.
Walking faculty and staff must wear regalia.
After check-in, doctoral advisors will proceed to the Practice Gym for line-up and hooding practice.
Those wishing to eat can do so in the Champions Club.
There is reserved seating available for those who do not wish to walk in Section 118, Rows 11-16.
Parking
Special parking will be set aside for faculty & staff. A parking map and hangtag will be emailed to faculty and staff who RSVPd by the deadline. Faculty/staff who RSVPd after the deadline should email commencement@wichita.edu if they want a hangtag.
