TRIO Talent Search Enrichment Program
May 26 to July 1 • 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Talent Search offers a Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) for middle school students. Space is limited to 50 students. There is no cost for this fun, educational opportunity. The program lasts for six weeks from May 26-July 1. The SEP provides students with instruction in math, science, language arts, and financial literacy/life skills. It also consists of university and college campus tours, as well as motivational and career speakers.
Participants who are in the 6th/7th grades will be attending a one-day college trip out of state depending on budget on June 26. Incoming 9th graders will depart on June 28, 2026, for an overnight college road trip out of state and return to Wichita State University on July 1, 2026.

Dream Big GEAR UP
May 26 to June 25 • 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This camp for ages 12-14 is for GEAR UP @ Haysville students.
Dream Big GEAR UP is a four-week experience for Haysville students in the Classes of 2030 and 2031, designed to build skills and explore future opportunities through themed weeks in leadership, STEM, career exploration, and college visits, providing hands-on learning, real-world exposure, and a strong foundation for success in high school and beyond.

Upward Bound Wichita Prep Summer Program
May 31 to July 2 • 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
This camp for ages 14-18 is for Upward Bound Wichita Prep participants, a year-round program students complete throughout high school.
This intensive pre-college experiential program is for college-bound high school students. It's an opportunity for students to keep their academic skills sharp over the summer and prepare for the next school year. The camp is residential, but students do go home on the weekends. We work around schedules for internships, sports and family events.

Communication Upward Bound Summer Session
June 1-19 • 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This camp for ages 14-18 is for Communication Upward Bound participants, a year-round program students complete throughout high school.
For our active high school participants enrolled in our year round-program, CUB students are provided a "glimpse" of college life. They reside on campus in Shocker Hall for our three-week session (June 1-19). They participate in a myriad of college prep courses, designed to engage and challenge them
