Payments
Online payments are strongly encouraged at WSU. This can be easily done through Student Account Suite in the "My Finances" tab when you log into your myWSU account. We cannot accept payments of any kind. Here is more information.
Free Math Tutoring
Need help or tutoring with your math classes? We offer WS U students FREE math tutoring in 100-300 level math classes. Please come to the Administrative Office to sign up for a tutor who is both patient and experienced. Time and place to meet are arranged between you and the tutor. Take advantage of this free service now. Please contact 316-978-8008 if you need assistance.
Free Proctored Testing
For all WSU Old Town students and Disability Services-referred students, proctored testing is free with the completed instructor's request form. Please ask the instructor to contact us.
Student Hangout Areas
There are study rooms, tables, booths and sofas in the hallways to study and hangout with other students; there are food/drinks vending machines throughout the building and a student lounge with some kitchen applicances.

Free Bus Shuttle
WSU students showing the WSU Shocker ID will be able to ride Wichita transit bus lines for free. There is also a bus shuttle connecting the main campus and WSU Old Town.
Senior Citizen Audit Registration and Enrollment
Senior citizens 60+ years of age can audit many classes without paying regular tuition fees, although some minor fees may apply. Please contact us at the Administrative Office for more information and assistance.
Library Books/Items Return and Pickup
There is a WSU Library Book Return bin adjacent to the main lobby to return WSU Library materials. When you check out library books/items online, there is an option of pickup at WSU Old Town Administrative Office.
Free Basket Ball Student Tickets
Undergraduate students who have paid student fees are eligible for one student ticket per game. Please have your WSU ID when checking with our office.
Other Services
Blue books, printing and copying services are available at the Administrative Office. High-speed WiFi is available throughout WSU Old Town. We are also ready to help you with other services not listed here. Please come talk with our friendly staff and discover how you are in good hands at the WSU Old Town!

For all your office/classroom needs and your mail box, or if you have any concerns, please come to our Administrative Office for assistance. Also refer to your orientation package for useful information. Our Administrative Office is open even after regular business hours until your class is done!
