Parking
Parking is open, except for the row closest to the west wall of the building. Many east side students have said that the drive across town is well worth the convenient parking WSU West provides.
Class locations
A video display is located in our main lobby showing class locations. Our building is also staffed during all the hours we are open and is happy to assist you.
Shocker Quiet Study Lounge
A quiet room, equipped with computers, is available for studying. It is open all hours that the building is open.
Student/Faculty Lounge
A small lounge with a microwave and refrigerator is available for use. The lounge is located in room 106, which is in the west hallway of the building.
Group Study Room
A small study room and recording studio that can seat up to 5 people. Has a whiteboard table, comfortable chairs, 2 microphones, a mixing board, and a PC with a webcam, Audacity software, and compatibility with Zoom/Teams and other Microsoft applications. This room is located in room 103 and can be reserved for same-day reservations using the room reservation panel by the door.
Rooms Available for Reservation
Rooms 125 and 126 are small offices with three desks and can also be reserved for same-day reservations using the room reservation panel by the door of each room. If you'd like to schedule a future reservation for room 103, 125, or 126, scan the QR code below to fill out the Study Room Reservation survey.
Tuition and Fee Payment
Fee payments may be made by check or cash at the West Campus during regular business hours and when classes are in session.

Math Tutoring
Can't make it to the Main Campus for tutoring? Request to schedule tutoring at WSU West instead.
Make-up Exams
The WSU West staff are happy to work with the faculty to administer make-up exams in our office. If you need to make up an exam, you can talk to your professor about taking your exam at our location instead of driving to the main campus. It is up to your professor whether they will allow that option or not.
Printing/Copying
Use the computers in the lobby or in the quiet study room to print in black and white for just 10 cents per page or color for 50 cents per page. We accept PaperCut payments. If you need assistance just ask one of the staff.
Free Student Basketball Ticket Pickup
You may drop by WSU West to pick up a free student ticket to the next big game during men's basketball season. You must be a current student who has been billed for student fees in order to be eligible for a ticket. Only one ticket available at WSU West per valid Shocker ID. For a list of games and pick up dates, please check the schedule at GoShockers and call WSU West at 978-6777 to be sure we have tickets left to the games you want to go to.
