WSU West Room Rentals FAQ
Are you interested in renting a room at the WSU West Campus? See our Frequently Asked Questions below! For more information, call 316-978-6777.
We have rooms of various sizes. They fit anywhere from 18 - 48 people. You are welcome to rent more than one room to accommodate more people.

- PC with dual monitors - can log in using your WSU ID or a guest login that we can provide
- Projector
- HDMI/USB-C cords for projecting from a laptop
- Ceiling speakers
- Microphone for Zoom/Teams available for check-out in office
- WSU Guest and WSU Secure WiFi connections
- Tables and chairs set up in rows

- By check - brought in person or sent through the mail
- By Credit Card - online or in person
- Depends on the semester. No weekends, and only until 5:00 PM on Fridays.
- Please call 316-978-6777 to see what rooms we have available for rental on the day that you would like to hold your event.
- What your organization is and what the name of your event is
- Estimated number of attendees
- Your technology needs
- Whether you are a non-profit or for-profit organization and whether you are a WSU organization
- How long you will need the room and whether you will need any extra time for set-up and take-down
- What day you are wanting to rent a room for
- Whether you plan to pay ahead of time or in person
- A copy of your event advertising if applicable
If Wichita State University closes due to snow, the West Campus will also be closed. If the campus is closed on the day that you have a room rented, we are happy to reschedule your room rental for another day.

- You are welcome to cater food for your event, but WSU West does not provide catering.
