Feb. 22, 2021 -- Shocker alum Prince Yengbe is being honored with the Modern-Day Technology Leader Award by the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) STEM Conference.

Feb. 18, 2021 -- The National Science Foundation has released its latest comparison of research and development expenditures among the nation’s universities, and Wichita State University has risen in all categories, increasing expenditures by $47 million.

Feb. 17, 2021 — Wichita State University will be offering free COVID-19 testing to the public beginning on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at the Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex.

Feb. 16, 2021 - Wichita State University is tied for No. 7 nationally in Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs by U.S. News & World Report. Wichita State’s W. Frank Barton School of Business tailors its online degrees to the adult learner. It offers customized degree plans through our Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Online majors include General Business, Human Resource Management, International Business, and Management.

Feb. 15, 2021 -- Because of expected inclement weather and anticipated rolling blackouts and power outages in the Wichita area, Wichita State University will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 16.
