About Advance Catalyst

The National Science Foundation (NSF) Advance Catalyst award supports the development of a strategic plan of action, based on proven strategies to increase gender and minority faculty representation and growth in the STEM disciplines at WSU.

Goals and Outcomes: Our long-term objective is to establish policies for the continuous promotion of equity and inclusion that will lead to greater representation in the STEM academic workforce of women, and racial and ethnic minorities within the university.
