Appeal Deadlines

  • Fall 2024 semester: August 30, 2024
  • Spring 2025 semester: February 3, 2025
  • Summer 2025 semester: June 13, 2025

  • Fall 2025 semester: August 29, 2025

  • Spring 2026: February 2, 2026

  • Summer 2026: June 12, 2026

Steps to a Successful Appeal*

  • Write a detailed explanation of the circumstances that prevented you from meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress.
  • Submit documentation to confirm your circumstances.
  • Meet with your College Academic Advisor to complete your Academic Plan.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks, minimum, for processing your submitted appeal.  
  • Appeal by the appeal deadline above.

*Incomplete appeals will be denied.
