Dual Enrollment: Aid Paid at Two Schools

We were notified by the federal government that you have had federal financial aid pay out to WSU and another institution. Per federal regulations, students are only authorized to have aid at one institution at a time.

Failure to take action quickly may result in a balance owed to WSU or the other institution.

If you will be degree seeking at WSU, have the other college/university email our Financial Aid Office (faeligibility@wichita.edu) once they have cancelled your federal financial aid through the federal Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) website.
If you will be degree seeking at the other institution, please email our Financial Aid Office (faeligibility@wichita.edu) so we may cancel your financial aid at WSU.

Please note that when a institution cancels your financial aid through the federal COD website, it may take a few business days for the cancellation to reflect as official in the system.
