Scholarship Appeal Application

If extenuating circumstances prevented you from meeting the requirements for your institutional scholarship(s), you may appeal the withdrawal or non-renewal. This form is to assist you in filing an appeal for institutional scholarships awarded through the Office of Financial Aid only. Any scholarships awarded through your academic college must be handled through that college's scholarship coordinator.

Submitting Financial Aid Documents

Once you have completed your Financial Aid form(s), please sign and return to the WSU Office of Financial Aid via one of the following methods. Write your myWSU ID on every page.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for review and processing.

Scan and return as a PDF file within your myWSU portal wichita.edu/myWSU
Select the myFinances tab and then select “Student Drop Box” to upload your documents securely.
