Rachel is in her ninth year of coaching at WSU. 
Prior to coaching at WSU Rachel rowed for Coach Cupp. During her time as a student-athlete, she competed in the WJV8+ from 2010-2011 and WV8+ from 2011-2014. 
Rachel graduated from Wichita State with undergraduate degrees in Forensic Science, Criminal Justice, and Biology as well as a Master’s in Sport Management. She has also completed a Master’s in Business Administration.
Currently overseeing the recreational program as well as athletes on the competitive teams, Rachel teaches new rowers the fundamentals of rowing while assisting their development into student-athletes at the collegiate level. During the off-season, Rachel manages the day-to-day operations of Boats & Bikes.

Ben has been working with the Shocker Rowing Team for over a year to enhance the athlete experience. Using sports psychology to teach mental skills, he meets with the team monthly to challenge and develop well-rounded student-athletes.

Andy founded Amplify in 2021 following an impressive athletic career representing Team England, WSU and competing individually in professional events. He holds City, State, National, and International titles. Andy graduated with a Masters in Exercise Science, gaining certifications as a Nutrition Specialist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting (USAW), and many others.  Andy creates training programs for the Shocker Rowing team as well as many other professional athletes around the world.
