As founder of Lighthouse Management Group, in 2005, Song opened up his first office in the heart of Silicon Valley located in San Jose, California. Through the years, Lighthouse Management Group has responded to market demand and has expanded its service offerings. Lighthouse Management Group is now comprised of multiple specialized areas of practice.
Song Woo’s career spans nearly two decades with the bulk of his experience in management consulting, finance, and staffing service management. Also, he has been featured in both print and electronic media providing insight into employment trends and career management issues. Along the way, he has been tabbed as an industry expert and has received various awards, including being recognized in the San Jose Business Journal’s “40 under 40” list of 40 high performing executives under the age of 40. In addition, as President of Lighthouse Management Group, they have been honored as the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in Silicon Valley as well as being awarded one of the "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" in North America.
In his spare time, Song also volunteers and serves on several Boards for causes that he is very passionate about such as education and diversity. He holds MBA degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and BS in Finance and Business Analysis from San Francisco State University.
