Overview

Dr. Hannah Wing is an Assistant Professor in the Elliott School of Communications at Wichita State University. Her research is centered on the impact of media narratives on personal narrative construction and examines the relationships between media consumers and media personae, particularly in the domains of social media and entertainment media. Dr. Wing’s background is in Advertising, and she trained and worked as a copywriter before focusing on conducting research and teaching future communications professionals.
