Overview

Laurie Alloway is Program Director and an Associate Teaching Professor in the Medical Laboratory Sciences Department at Wichita State University. A graduate of Wichita State University, Friends University, and Newman University, she joined the College of Health Professions in 2012. She is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and certified Specialist in Chemistry by the American Society for Clinical Pathology. She teaches Clinical Chemistry, Advanced Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Laboratory Management, the Impact of Disease on Global Events, and Phlebotomy. She has worked in the field of Laboratory Medicine for over 25 years.
