The Talent Acquisition team is committed to assisting Wichita State University recruit, hire, and employ an effective workforce. Our team is the university's resource for all hiring and onboarding needs.
The Organizational Development team helps employees achieve greater effectiveness and enhance Wichita State’s culture by offering onboarding and new hire programs, career development, ongoing training, leadership development, and consistent performance evaluation practices.
