Organizational Development
Organizational Development is a section of Human Resources Talent Management. Our
Organizational Development team is committed to providing faculty and staff the opportunity
to learn, develop, and practice new skills to enhance their effectiveness, performance,
and morale. Our vision is to support employees by developing current and relevant
training opportunities that meet the needs for personal and professional growth and
to increase the knowledge of Wichita State University's procedures and culture.
