Overview

Christine serves as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards. She oversees the student conduct hearing board and academic integrity committee, the academic integrity process, campus outreach initiatives, and the conflict resolution process.   Additionally, she assists with assessment and the Maxient database.  She also consults with Students, Faculty, and Staff as needed in regard to academic integrity or student conduct concerns.

Student Success Advisor

Conduct Coordinator

  • Monitored and managed equitable distribution of 700–900+ annual cases across 25 professional staff, enabling staff to manage time effectively and attain optimal, timely case resolutions.
  • Reported sensitive information to the appropriate offices/staff for proper student follow-up.
  • Ran and reported assessments of conduct case analytics to identify patterns of behavior and better-informed conduct practices. Provided appropriate weekly updates to the department.

Residence Life Coordinator - Witte & Cole/Sullivan/Leopold Halls

  • Served as liaison between Residence Life and 3 Learning Communities (LCs)—specialized housing floors/wings with differently focused living experiences.
  • Supported program assistant and 22 volunteer peer mentors of Multicultural LC.
  • Decreased number of high-risk drinking cases by coordinating and implementing Witte is Epic, an alcohol education and awareness initiative designed to inform first-year students on risks, policies, and consequences of underage/high-risk alcohol consumption.
  • Presented housing information and policies to 3,000+ student and parent attendees of mandatory Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) events each summer.
  • Coordinated and managed communications on updates to $1.2M Witte Hall renovation project. Responded to parent/guardian and student concerns and shared feedback with the renovation team.
  • Maintained collaboration and communication with campus partners, such as Facilities, Academics & Inclusion, Assignments, Cross-College Advising Services, Human Resources, and University of Wisconsin Police Department.
