Google Certificates through Coursera
The Strategic Initiatives office has a wonderful opportunity as a Build Back Better award winner to issue free licenses for Google Career Certificates. We have created a Wichita State University Google Learning Program. It includes Google Certificates for the following:
What you will learn:
- Estimating time and budgets
- Running effective meetings and managing stakeholders
- Identifying and managing risks
- Applying Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Leadership skills and navigating team dynamics
What you will learn:
- Developing digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
- Attracting and engaging customers through digital marketing channels like search, social media, and email
- Measuring marketing analytics and sharing insights
- Building e-commerce stores, analyzing e-commerce performance, and growing customer loyalty
What you will learn:
- Gain skills required to succeed in an entry-level IT job
- Learn to perform day-to-day IT support tasks including computer assembly, wireless networking, installing programs, and customer service
- Learn how to provide end-to-end customer support, ranging from identifying problems to troubleshooting and debugging
