Wichita State University has a long history of collaborating with a wide range of government and industry partners. In fact, WSU’s National Institute for Aviation Research attracts more research funding from industry partners than any other similar university research center. A research-based operations and analytics laboratory in the W. Frank Barton School of Business as Wichita State University.

A facility that houses a Carl Zeiss Sigma VP Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope in the WSU College of Engineering.

General Aviation Flight Lab (GAFL)

The General Aviation Flight Laboratory (GAFL) is part of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Wichita State University, and specializes in research into neural network-based adaptive flight control systems for general aviation applications.
