Wichita State University's Neuro-Robotics Laboratory conducts research from cognitive
neuroscience to assistive and rehabilitative robotics. The lab is located in John
Bardo Center (JBC 335).
Neuro-Robotics Lab aims to understand human decision making, advance neural signal
processing, and implement real time control algorithms for various assistive and rehabilitative
robotic devices. Dr. Jaydip Desai, principal investigator and assistant professor
of biomedical engineering at WSU, leads this lab with his diverse engineering background
in brain-machine interface, medical robotics, and biosignal processing.
Neuro-Robotics Lab offers cutting edge hardware devices and software tools to provide
hands on experience to the students and design and develop human-centered assistive
and rehabilitative technology to improve quality of life.
