Services are provided (at no charge) to all participants accepted by the TRIO Educational Opportunity Centers Program.
All participants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Be at least 19 years of age or older.
- Reside in the City of Wichita or Sedgwick County.
- Have not earned a Bachelor's degree.
Priority provided to individuals who:
- Have limited income.
- Have parents who have not yet earned a Bachelor's degree.
The following are strongly encouraged to apply: Displaced workers, underemployed workers, veterans, military connected persons, women, ethnic minorities and individuals with disabilities.
