The Kansas Leadership Center equips people with any title or role to lead and engage others.

The KLC leadership path will teach you how.

KLC Path

Seats Made Available Through Grant

KLC offers many leadership development programs including The KLC Path. Thanks to the Leadership Transformation Grant offered by KLC, Staff Senate and HR were awarded a select number of seats for 2024 to provide WSU faculty and staff the opportunity to grow their leadership capabilities and help make progress on our university’s goals.

It’s our hope and goal to be awarded future grants so we can continue to offer this professional development opportunity and ultimately embed the KLC concepts throughout the university. We encourage you to look through the information and resources below to learn more about KLC and complete the interest form if you determine you’re ready to start or continue your journey on their leadership development path!
