In preparation for Service Recognition and the Bender of Twigs ceremony, the following may be requested from you. You may use the information/forms available below to submit your information.
For Bender of Twigs Inductees
In preparation for your Service Recognition, there are three things we need from you:
- RSVP to the Service Recognition program here by November 3rd.
- Submit a high-resolution portrait (head and shoulders) by email to ServiceRecognition@wichita.edu by November 3rd. Please let us know if your wish is to not submit a photo and a default graphic will appear in place of your portrait.
- Request Written Remarks for your Bender of Twig induction by emailing ServiceRecognition@wichita.edu or use the form below by November 3rd. Please let us know if you wish to opt-out of this tradition so that we may remove you from our list.

Please submit written remarks about your Bender of Twigs inductee and their service to Wichita State University by noon on October 30th.
