Onboarding is not a one-time event, but rather a process of integrating you into the
Shocker family. The first step is to complete the new hire paperwork. WSU uses a secure
electronic online process that allows you to complete most of the necessary new hire
paperwork using any internet-connected device; such as a desktop, laptop, tablet or
smartphone. Human Resources (HR) is available for assistance and has computers accessible
for public use during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
