Business Operation

The Business Operations unit in Information Technology Services (ITS) handles all financial transactions and records, purchasing, bill backs, interdepartmental transfers, payouts, timekeeping and employment tasks along with budget planning.

Project Management

Free Project Management resources are available to either teach you how to manage a project or we can manage your IT projects so you can focus on the content. TeamDynamix is the WSU tool used for ticketing applications/service websites and to manage projects /portfolios across the university.

Server/Storage Infrastructure

The ITS Server/Storage Infrastructure team architects, builds, and maintains enterprise IT systems for the University. We strive to deliver high availability for the IT systems that the University relies on for communication, enrollment, instruction, and back office tasks.

Telecommunications

The Telecommunications Group provides voice and data services to support the University's mission. It is our goal to design, implement and support a high quality telecommunications solution for our end users. Our Group provides services to Wichita State University's Main Campus, West Campus, South Campus and satellite locations.
