Classroom Media Training Schedule - Fall 2026
WSU has 3 main types of classroom around campus: Master Classrooms, Mini-Master Classrooms, and the BYOD or 'Gray Box' rooms. For the Fall 2026 semester, Campus Media Services is hosting an open training lab in an Master Classroom and 'Gray Box' room the week prior to class start.
We encourage all instructors to verify that their assigned rooms have the technology they need prior to the start of the semester. For room changes, all requests must be sent to the Registrar's Office.
If there are additional needs or questions, please call CMS at 978-3588.
Can't make the in-person training labs? Check out the CMS Online Training pages for Master Classrooms, Gray Box Classrooms, and Lightboard rooms.
