for the Wichita State University Men's Basketball Team
- Steve's presentation will make you smile, challenge your perspective and inspire you to new ways of doing things. You'll appreciate his keen sense of humor and ability to weave practical insight into leadership principles that impact both the workplace and everyday living.
- Closing General Session: Improv Can Save the World | William Coleman, head of faculty at Northfield School of the Liberal Arts, where he teaches

-
Improv can save the world. The learned rules and sensibilities that animate good improvised scenes are the same ones that animate the workings of a constructive community. The rules of improvisation foster problem solving, team/relationship building, idea-generation, and idea synthesis. Improvisers inhabit a space where “yes and” keeps the work of living in common; keeps everyone listening; keeps conversation exploratory rather than gladiatorial; in such a space, patterns of meaning are joyfully sought and honest “mistakes” considered precious gifts.
