Official Transcript Delivery Options

 

Processing Time

All completed official transcript requests received before 2 p.m. Central Time will be processed the day the request is received. Requests received after 2 p.m. Central Time will be processed no later than the next business day. Processing time does not reflect delivery time.

Electronic Transcripts

 Can only be ordered through our online ordering system

Fed Ex (Domestic)
  • Next day delivery during the week
  • Includes a tracking number
  • Does not deliver to P.O. Box
  • Requires a recipient phone number

Fed Ex (International)
  • Typically delivers within 2-5 business days
  • Includes a tracking number
  • Requires a recipient phone number

In-Person Pick Up
  • Provide a completed, signed order form upon arrival
  • Present a government-issued photo ID or myWSU ID for the student and the person picking up the student's transcript
  • Must be picked up by the student or someone with written permission from the student

Priority Mail
  • Typically delivered within 2-3 business days (domestic)
  • Includes tracking within the United States

US Mail
  • Typically delivered within 2-5 business days inside the state of Kansas, 5-7 business days outside the state of Kansas and 7+ days international.
  • Sent via USPS first class mail
