Request for Housing Contract Extension

Students who would otherwise vacate university housing but are unable to travel or return home due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, and are seeking housing accommodations on campus past the Spring 2020 semester end date (May 15); must submit an extension request by completing the following form.

This extension request is only for students who will not return to university housing for Fall 2020 (students who will be living on campus in the fall, must submit a Summer Housing Application through the housing portal). Students whose extensions are approved must vacate university housing no later than 12:00pm, July 31, if not before.

By completing this form, students are agreeing to adhere to their current housing contract terms and conditions (Academic Year 2019-2020 or Spring Only 2020, whichever is applicable).

Students may be required to relocate to another building, floor, or room during their requested extension stay. If this request for an extension to continue residing on campus is approved, the student will be charged a rate of $30.00 per night, which will be assessed to your university student account.
