Direct Deposit

Please remember that WSU does not issue the payment of your VA Education Benefits, and does not have the ability to access your payment or account information. If you have questions regarding your payments, please contact the GI Bill® Hotline at 1 (888) 442-4551.

To set up Direct Deposit:

• Call the Direct Deposit Center at 1-877-838-2778, use the eBenefits website, or complete section 5 of VA form 22-1990 and submit it to the St. Louis VA Regional Processing Center
• Provide your VA number
• Provide your Account Number, 9 Digit Bank Routing Number and the Type of Account (checking or savings)
