Diplomas
How do I get my diploma?
You may pick up your diploma at the Office of the Registrar, first floor of Jardine Hall. A photo ID is required for pick-up. Dates will be made available by the Office of the Registrar and included on the diploma cover that you receive at the commencement ceremony.
If the office and campus are not open to the public during the timeframe specified
in the scroll,
arrangements will be made for diploma pick-up. Updates will be announced and posted
on the WSU
website.
To have your diploma mailed to you, please request and pay for this service through the myWSU portal. Simply log in, click the myClasses tab, locate the Graduation Links section, click the Request for Diploma Mailing link and submit your shipping and payment information.

Transcripts
Students who are graduating are eligible for up to 5 free transcripts. To order these
transcripts,
submit the form found at wichita.edu/transcripts via email. mail, or fax with a legible
copy of your
government-issued photo ID. Email orders can be sent to transcripts.out@wichita.edu.
Free transcripts cannot be ordered via our online service.
Free transcripts must be ordered by the deadline specified by the Office of the Registrar.
Orders will be filled after degrees are verified and posted, mid-June for Spring and
mid-August
for Summer. (Mark your transcript order, "Hold for degree to appear on transcript.")
