Voices from the Margins

"I have come to believe over and over again that what is most important to me must be spoken, made verbal and shared, even at the risk of having it bruised or misunderstood." -Audre Lorde

Voices from the Margins

Welcome to the College of Education Diversity Committee's "Voices from the Margins" page, where your unique self takes center stage. Here you will find narratives of resilience, expressions of strength in the face of adversity, and stories from those who refuse to be diminished by circumstance. It is our passion to give voice to students who are not typically heard and to highlight the diverse perspectives that continue to strengthen the College of Education.

We encourage you to share in this experience with us, whether through visual art, poetry, or narrative. If you have been silenced, diminished, or relegated to the margins, this is your space to shine! So what's your story?
